athlete or artist?

I'm feeling sappy today. I think it's because I went back to work full time, again.

It's different going back this time around... Before, when I went back to work V was a little over 6 months. She was cute as a button, no doubt. But, she also slept and lied around on her tummy a lot. I'm not saying she was boring- she was fascinating... and still is!

However, now that she's nearly 13 months, super active, and full of personality, it's doubly hard to leave her and spend less time with her. (And on top of that, spending my entire day with kids- that aren't even ours!) I'm absolutely sure you can imagine. In fact, I know a couple of you are doing the same thing... ahhh well. Baby needs a new pair of shoes. RUNNING shoes.

So High Ho High Ho it's off to work we go!

Minnie Frida hard at work!

Purple, excellent choice.

Saturday was a a brisk day! Such a nice change from sticky summer... we started it off with some swinging. I like this pic a lot because it's the same swing as the one in her birthday party invite (the back) but look how much bigger she is now!

After the swings Viva did her exercises on the Brooklyn Museum steps. Here Coach Glen leads her through some warm ups.

"I'm ready coach!"

Little Viva does some squats first...

She's sponsored by Adidas.

Ready? Get set... Go!!

She did a few more laps and then took a nap. Good Girl.

xo,
us.

Seriously!

It is just too much! Her little leggy-does, and shorts, and sweatshirt!?!?! All she needs is a sweatband and an adidas contract!

I need some Viva!

I also wanna know what little booster seat you are using, I'd love to find one for Mister Guy, give me the scoop!

Thanks for more photos. Cute kid in foreground, crazy dad in background, all very entertaining.
Her color choices looked gorgeous in her art work.
